Why do I need a property manager?
Someone might need a property manager to handle tasks like tenant management, rent collection, maintenance, and legal compliance, saving them time, reducing stress, and ensuring their property is well-managed and profitable.

How do you find tenants for my property?
We post listings to all the major rental sites. We are a consumer direct management company, we don't use the MLS unless needed.

Who does the repairs and how much will I be charged for repairs?
We use licensed vendors for repairs. We do not charge any fees on top of your repair bill. If your total is $500 for a specific repair, then your bill will still be $500. We only charge for our time if we need to be at the property for an extended period of time.



How do you collect rents?
We use DoorLoop for our software. Tenants are able to pay online. They are able to set up auto pay if they choose to. 



Our leases and renewals!
We use lawyer drafted leases and renewal when available. This saves money on evictions if we need to take that route.



Tenant placement guarantee!
If a tenant that we place is evicted, we will place a new tenant in their place with no placement fee for the new tenant.
